   • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Please note that orders are processed on business days, which excludes weekends and holidays.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

   • We offer standard and express shipping options. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and your location.
   • Within India:
     • Standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days.
     • Express shipping typically takes 2-4 business days.
   • Outside India: Shipping is not available at the moment.

3. Shipping Charges

   • Shipping charges are calculated based on the size and weight of your order and your delivery address.
   • Free shipping may apply for orders over a certain value (conditions apply, and this will be specified during checkout).

4. Order Tracking

   • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your package.
   • You can track your order status using the tracking number on the respective courier’s website.

5. Delivery Issues

   • Miss Ethnik is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service or customs processing.
   • In case of undeliverable items due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, the order will be returned to us, and the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
   • We recommend double-checking your shipping address before completing your order.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

   • If your package arrives damaged or you believe an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
   • We will investigate and take appropriate action to resolve the issue, including sending a replacement item or offering a refund if necessary.
