Available Payments

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), UPI payments, Net Banking, and wallet payments (PhonePe, Paytm, Google Pay).
All transactions are secure and encrypted.

Order History and Disputes

You can track your order history by logging into your Miss Ethnik account.
If there’s any issue with your order (wrong item, payment dispute, etc.), please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery at support@missethnik.com.
We’ll resolve your concern as quickly as possible.

Shipping and Handling

We offer free shipping across India on all prepaid orders.
Standard delivery: 5–7 working days.
Express delivery (where available): 2–4 working days (charges apply).
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS/email.

Gift Cards

Looking to gift someone Miss Ethnik?
We offer digital gift cards starting from ₹500 to ₹5,000.
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be redeemed at checkout.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery — no questions asked.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with tags.
To initiate a return/exchange, go to the Returns Center or email us at returns@missethnik.com.
Note: Customized or sale items are not eligible for return.
