Refund & Return Policy

We have a very easy return/exchange policy.

At MissEthnik, we strive to provide an easy return/exchange policy to ensure that our customers have a hassle-free shopping experience. Here are some important points to keep in mind when returning or exchanging a product:

1. Please inform us within 2 days from the date of receiving the package if you are not satisfied with your purchase. We will validate your return/exchange request, and only after we authorize it, you can return the product to us within seven days in its original condition and packaging. Please note that the customer will have to bear the courier charges.
2. We check and verify every product before shipping it to the customer. However, in case of any manual errors, we try to replace the specific items.
3. Products that are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all their labels and tags intact, and in original packaging are eligible for return/exchange. If the desired size is not available, we will issue a credit note to the customer.
4. Please note that customized/stitched products and accessories are non-returnable/non-refundable.
5. We can only accept one return or exchange per product.
6. Shipping cost is non-refundable.
7. We do not accept any returns/exchanges without prior consent.
8. We can only provide a return facility within India.

10. If we are unable to provide certain products from your order, we will offer you a store credit or refund the amount for only that particular product.
11. Size exchange is available, and the customer is eligible to exchange for a bigger or smaller size, equal to the amount of the exchanged product.
12. All legal cases will be treated only in the Surat jurisdiction court.
