Returns & Exchange Policy

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition.
All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
Only regular-priced items are eligible. Sale or discounted products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Customized or stitched items are non-returnable
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and verify the item.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
In case of COD orders, refunds will be issued as store credit


Exchanges
If you'd like a different size or product, mention it in your return request.
Exchanges are subject to availability.
If the desired product is unavailable, a full refund/store credit will be offered.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Email us at returns@missethnik.com with your Order ID, item(s) you’d like to return, and
reason.Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with next steps.
Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed.
