Returns & Exchange Policy

At Miss Ethnik, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a simple returns and exchange process. Please review our policy below:

1. Return/Exchange Eligibility
   If you’re not happy with your purchase, please notify us within 7 days from the date you received the package. We will validate your return/exchange request. Once authorized, the product should be returned to us within 10 business days in its original condition, along with the invoice copy and original packaging. You will receive a credit note that has no expiration date or you may opt for an exchange.

2. Terms & Conditions

   • Returns and exchanges will only be accepted after receiving our consent.
   • Customized, stitched products, and accessories are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
   • Returns/exchanges will only be accepted once per order.
   • Products purchased from premium, only on Miss Ethnik, and sale categories are not eligible for return or exchange.
   • In the case of defects, we may ask for a picture of the damaged product. After reviewing the image, we may send a replacement of the same item.
   • Refunds will only be processed if we cannot replace the defective item.
   • Returns or exchanges are not available for orders placed outside India.
   • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
   • Return shipping must be paid by the customer and shipped via India Post (no other courier services accepted).
   • If certain products from a multiple-item order are unavailable, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund for the unavailable items only.
   • If you choose to use store credit for an exchange and the item is out of stock, the amount will be credited to your Miss Ethnik wallet.
   • For alterations, shipping costs for returning the product will be borne by the customer.
   • Products with beads and sequins are subject to minor wear and tear; we hope customers understand that beads or sequins may come off with handling or shipping, and replacements may experience the same issue.

3. Legal Jurisdiction

   • All legal matters regarding returns, exchanges, or disputes will be handled in the Surat jurisdiction court.
